Woodstock Sustainable Farms utilizes three gardens to produce heirloom vegetables and herbs; they are primarily used for our catered events and our Bed & Breakfast guests.
Heirloom vegetables and herbs come from seeds that have been handed down for generations in the New England area. They are hand-selected by our gardening team for their special traits.
These plants are open-pollinated, which means they are pollinated by insects or the wind without any human intervention.
